As BCCOHP increases simulation and compliance standards, many clinics discover gaps in their preparedness—gaps that put them at risk during audits and, more importantly, during actual emergencies. We bring twenty years of acute care and education experience to your facility, delivering Heart and Stroke certified training, in-situ high-fidelity simulation tailored to your sedation level, and regulatory preparation based on current BCCOHP and CPSBC standards. Our work identifies both clinical readiness gaps and latent safety threats—equipment issues, communication breakdowns, procedural gaps—before regulators do.

A comprehensive compliance package for clinics offering advanced sedation. It includes all three Heart and Stroke courses, a 200-point infrastructure assessment to identify gaps and prepare your practice for regulatory review, and ShieldHub—your centralized compliance hub containing protocols, checklists, certifications, and documentation to keep your team organized and prepared until your next annual training.
Prices are based on HSF-mandated participant ratios. Minimum 3 participants per class; student-to-instructor ratios based on HSF requirements. HSF Certification-only packages available for facilities not requiring infrastructure optimization or ShieldHub.

- Certifications: BLS + ACLS + PALS, delivered all year-round, as needed. Ideal for new hires and returning staff.
- High-Fidelity In-Situ Simulation: Quarterly simulations conducted in your clinic, tailored to your facility's sedation level. For applicable clinics, simulations include malignant hyperthermia and difficult airway (FONA) scenarios aligned with CPSBC standards. Each simulation targets human factors, crisis resource management (CRM), and clinical skill development—building team confidence and identifying gaps before they become patient safety events. Scheduled around your clinical needs.
- The "Big 6" Mastery: Monthly skill stations and education sessions building the clinical muscle memory required to manage critical sedation emergencies—including laryngospasm, airway obstruction, anaphylaxis, bronchospasm, LAST, seizures, cardiac arrest, and syncope/hypoglycemia—strengthening retention between quarterly simulations.
- ShieldHub: Your centralized system for protocols, emergency documentation, and staff certifications; ready for audit and accessible whenever you need it.
- Ongoing Regulatory Support: We stay current on regulatory changes and maintain your documentation, protocols, certifications, and simulation records—keeping your practice prepared when inspections occur.
